Bio

Ron James started his career in 1973 after receiving multiple degrees from Chabot College. He entered the workforce working with companies such as Household Finance, Ford Motor Credit and General Electric Corp.

In 1981 opened Amvest Mortgage Corporation, building it up to over 100 loan officers, servicing the Contra Costa County are and Northern California. IN 1991 he partnered with others opening up  Approved Realty, that also served Contra Costa County. In 2002 the Real Estate Market accelerated, and he subsequently joined forces with Nova Star Financial. Out of 350 offices, Ron’s local branch was consistently in the 10th percentile of all sales.

Ron has had his real estate license for over thrirty-five years, still enjoying finding that perfect place that becomes home to those he services. His joy is finding his clients the dream home they are looking for. He is here for you now in Siskiyou County to do just that.
